Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations greatly affect our operations. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the following cancellation policy:

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will have their deposits forfeited. A new deposit is required before any further scheduling can occur.

Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows greatly impact our ability to serve all our clients effectively and sustain our business. The time reserved for your appointment could have been allocated to another client in need of our services. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within a 24 hour period will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total booking.

Your support means everything to us, and respecting our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both you and our business. It enables us to continue offering quality service to all our valued clients.

We value open communication. If you anticipate any difficulty in keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
