Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations greatly affect our operations. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the following cancellation policy:

 

​A $100 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to transfer your booking fee to a new date.

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours will have their booking fee forfeited. A new booking fee will be required before any further scheduling can occur.

Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows greatly impact our ability to serve all our clients effectively and sustain our business. The time reserved for your appointment could have been allocated to another client in need of our services. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within a 24 hour period will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total booking. No shows will be subject to 100% of the total booking which must be paid before any appointment can be rescheduled. We reserve the right to refuse service after too many reschedules, late arrivals or after a no show. 

 

​Please note our appointments are often booked back to back and we try our best to accommodate late arrivals if you are running late, however being more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being unable to go ahead. This is considered a no show.
